May 1st, 2008 1:18 PM CANBY POLICE SERVE SEARCH WARRANT On 4-29-08 at about 12:38pm, Canby Police Detectives and the Canby Police Tactical Entry team executed a search warrant at 399 NE 3rd ave in Canby, Oregon. Detectives located marijuana, packaging materials, and drug paraphernalia during the search warrant. TROY J. CROMWELL DOB: 11-30-64 and his son TORY J. CROMWELL DOB: 11-20-87, were arrested during the warrant and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) and Distribution of a Controlled Substance (marijuana). Both suspects are the sole residents of 399 NE 3rd ave and were lodged at Clackamas County Jail.
Two sixteen year old male juvenile's were also present at the residence during the search warrant. One of the males was another son of the suspect Troy Cromwell, who does not live with his father and was visiting from out of town. Neither male juvenile was charged. The case has been referred to the Clackamas County District attorney's Office.
