March 11th, 2007 10:07 PM CANBY POLICE LOOKING FOR SUSPECT IN STOLEN CHOPPED VEHICLE CASE On 3-11-08 at about 10:07pm, Canby Police arrested GARY KETURAKAT for possession of a stolen vehicle during a traffic stop. Officer Alex Stidham checked the license plate on a Blue 1991 Honda Civic that was traveling southbound on S Locust Street near SE 2nd ave. The vehicle came back stolen out of Salem. Officer Stidham confirmed this information, and followed the vehicle as it quickly turned into the parking lot of an apartment complex across from Locust Street Park.
Officer Stidham located the vehicle parked in the back of the apartments with the engine running and KETURAKAT sitting in the driver’s seat. KETURAKAT was taken into custody and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. KETURAKAT was in possession of drug paraphernalia and also had a suspended driver’s license. He was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail.
