Canby Police arrest man after roll over crash

On January 6, 2008 at 1:40am, Canby Police Officers responded to the report of a roll over crash at S Manzanita Street and SE 5th in Canby.

Arriving officers located a black Toyota Corolla laying on its top on the south side of SE 5th near Manzanita Street. It appeared that the vehicle had left the road, traveled up on the sidewalk and hit a large electrical box.

When the vehicle hit the electrical box it rolled over onto its top. Officers located the driver of the vehicle who was identified as LUIS GUSTAVO NAZARENO-ANGEL DOB: 6-7-84 who resides in Canby.

NAZARENO-ANGEL was transported to Willamette Falls Hospital by Canby Fire. He was cited and released for DUII and Reckless Driving. The case is being referred to the Canby City Attorney.
