ATTEMPTED ABDUCTION OF 13 YEAR OLD GIRL IN CANBY

Last evening at 3:30pm, an unknown Hispanic male grabbed and attempted to forcefully drag a 13 year old girl behind a vacant house located at N Holly Street and NW 6th in Canby.

The girl was able to fight the suspect and break free from his hold. The victim ran away and reported the incident to the police. The victim described the Hispanic male as being 64 inches tall, unknown weight and smelled like he had used a large amount of cologne.

There will be a police sketch of the suspect released later today.
