CANBY ATTEMPTED ABDUCTION VICTIMS ADMITS SHE WAS NOT TRUTHFUL.

The 13 year old victim of the attempted abduction in Canby admitted to investigators that she was not truthful and the incident did not happen. The victim reportedly has many personal issues happening at this time and did not state why she was not truthful. No charges are being considered at this time.
